Areas of Service

Katie Lasky Law focuses on litigation and business advising. Over our nearly twenty years of practice, we have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in courts, arbitrations and administrative proceedings. While our experience is varied, our areas of practice generally fall within the following categories: breach of contract; disputes between partners and shareholders; breach of fiduciary duty claims; business torts including unfair business practices such as fraud and misrepresentation; claims against officers and directors of companies for breaching their duties of loyalty and care; and bankruptcy related litigation.

We enjoy collaborating with other counsel as local counsel or co-counsel and are open to a variety of fee arrangements with clients including flat billing and contingency fee agreements.
